The GreenMetric World University Ranking organized an international workshop on “Innovation, Impacts, and Future Direction of Sustainable Universities”. The main theme of the event concerned responsibilities of universities in tackling global sustainability challenges. The workshop hosted by University of Minho (UMinho) in Braga, Portugal, last June, and attended by representatives of 70 universities from 30 countries called for closer collaboration and exchange of knowledge among universities in addressing sustainability issues.
