Qatar University, a member of IREG Observatory has a new President – Dr. Omar Al-Ansari, educated in Qatar and USA. In congratulating Dr. Al-Ansari on his new position, we join him in thanks to the former president, Dr. Hassan Al Derham, a friend of our organization who invited IREG to Qatar and hosted the IREG 2017 Conference at Qatar University. While welcoming Dr. Al-Ansari as the new university president, IREG Observatory looks forward to continuing close relations with Qatar University.
