The QS Graduate Employability Rankings, now in their fourth year of publication, are an effort to find the universities that produce the most employable graduates. There are five indicators:
- Employer reputation (30%) derived from the QS World University Rankings
- Alumni outcomes (25%)
- Partnerships with employers per faculty (25%)
- Employer/Student Connections (10%)
- Graduate employment rate (10%).
The overall rankings are currently led by English-speaking and Asian universities. The first place this year is held by Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), up from fifth place in 2018. Asian universities continue to perform well with Tsinghua University in sixth place, the University of Hong Kong tenth, and the National University of Singapore seventeenth.
China does especially well for Employer student connections where the first five places are taken by Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan University, Shandong University, Zhejiang University and Tsinghua university.
The top five universities are:

- Stanford University
- University of California Los Angeles
- University of Sydney
- Harvard University.
