Who are the Digital Leaders in Higher Education?

The French consulting company, Emerging, has produced a ranking, Digital Leaders in Higher Education, published in Times Higher Education.

The ranking is based on an analysis of executives in leading international digital companies and a field survey by Trendence, the German market research company, of executives and young digital professionals.

Emerging compiled tables for Best Computer Science Degrees, Best Data Science Degree, Best Online Degrees, Best Digital Entrepreneurship Programs, and Best Business Schools for Digital Transformation. These are then combined to find the meta-ranking Global Digital Leaders in Higher Education.

The top 200 in the met-ranking includes 77 universities from the United States, 22 from the United Kingdom, 17 from Germany, 17 from Germany, 15 from France, and 14 each from India and Canada. There are no universities from Africa, Eastern Europe, or the Arab region. The other countries with at least one representative are Australia, China, Israel, Japan, Sweden, Spain, South Korea, Singapore, Austria, Switzerland, Hong Kong, Belgium, and Argentina.
