Kongratbay Sharipov rector of Tashkent State University of Economics has been appointed Minister of Higher Education, Science, and Innovations of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Tashkent State University of Economics, a member of IREG Observatory hosted the IREG 2023 Conference last April. It is a good occasion to thank Prof. Sharipov and his TSUE staff once again for a splendid organization of IREG 2023 Conference.
