At the moment there are four agencies that publish rankings on university performance in the field of Artificial Intelligence: QS, US News (USN), University Ranking by Academic Performance (URAP), and EduRank.
The QS ranking is based on reputation and citation indicators. USN and URAP also have metrics for publications and international collaboration. EduRank is based entirely on citationa.
USN and URAP show that Asia, especially China, are leading the discipline of Artificial Intelligence while the USA continues to dominate the QS and EduRank rankings.
